My first cardigan

Another LGC pattern that I changed, I actually made 2 of these, but the second one went horribly horribly wrong! I cut the ends too short and they unfastened, making the SC edge almost impossible as the rows kept unravelling while I crocheted over them! 4 days wasted and frustrated!! However, this is the first one that I made successfully!

After completing the cardigan itself, adding pretty red buttons, I added a little red pocket with a "lazy daisy" stitch over the top.

This is the stripe sequence, and a shot of the collar, I was so proud of this!

My first attempt at baby jumpers

I got the pattern from LGC, but I heavily modified it to make it my own, instead of K,P, K,K, P rows, I changed it so it became a basic stockinette pattern, I made one plain white, and one with light (almost neon) green finishing, fastened with buttons.
It was tricky at first getting the sleeves right, and the green jumper has slightly wider sleeves, something I might stick with when making later ones, as it does look to fit better than before, amazing considering I only added maybe 4 stitches to it!

Needle books

These were a challenge to create, they look all levels of simple, but they were fiddly to start with until I got the hang of them,

Just a basic knit stitch on the outside, with a SC border, lined with pink and purple felt and fastened with either a button or a ribbon.

Square Guy

This little guy is inspired by LionBrand yarns 
The pattern was relatively easy to follow and is so unbelievably cute!

Henrietta Hippo

This was a critter I made with a pattern from a magazine  it took me a while to get the shaping right, and the stuffing quantity I needed, but now that she is finished I love her to pieces!

Ponchos, my new obsession!

So, I found a pattern online for poncho's, and I have been almost obsessed with them, so far I have only made 3, but I am looking forward to making more in the future!

This one was for me, but was kidnapped by a friend..

This one was made for a friend of mine in Ireland, who loves the colour yellow, I had to use some shiny white for the edging too, so it caught the light just nicely.

And this one was for a friend that I used to see at work, purple and black, an absolute delight to make!

Ali's Snood

Well, Claire's Snood was such a success at my first ever Craft Fair that I made another one, in Shell Stitch :)
